The company also seeks to produce natural essential oil products, which are blended to create all sorts of wonderful scents, from candle making, hand sanitizers, lotions, wash gels, mist and of course my most favorite the art of natural and chemical perfumery. WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
A costumers may exchange, return, receive a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. This applies to undamaged items only, item must be in it's original packaging, Empress will not accept exchanges, returns, refunds or give store credit on perfumery or skin care products due to hygiene and sanitation reasons such items are non-refundable.
